Project Management Definitions Archives - Infolific

As with most professions, project management is full of jargon and acronyms. Here's a list of terms I've come across and need to deal with frequently. Please note that different people and companies will have different definitions for some of these terms. That's just the nature of the industry.

If you really want to learn about the different project management definitions, check out the certification offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI). You don't have to actually write the exam, but if you go through the training you'll come away from the effort with more exposure to the profession's jargon than most people.
