Missouri Hick Bar-B-Q near Cuba in Missouri: Tasty Platters of Meat Await
While camping near Cuba, Missouri, we asked our campground managers to suggest a place to eat. Without a second's hesitation, the friendly ladies sent us down Old Route 66 to Missouri Hick Bar-B-Q.
Inside a cozy, rustic, barn-like building, we savored the tastiest platters of slowly smoked beef and pork imaginable. Meats are served with five different kinds of tasty barbecue sauce.
On Friday nights, you can order Wild Cherry Smoked Prime Rib. Another menu favorite is the Opry Spud, a baked potato filled with beans, barbecued pork, cheddar and Monterrey cheese, bacon bits, chives and seasonings. It's absolutely delicious–no wonder the locals recommend Missouri Hick!
