Is there a Market?
One of the first things that you should be asking yourself is, is there a market for your product? It's always worth trying to check to see if there are enough customers out there to buy your service or product. To do this, you will need to know the numbers for your market size. Some of the key questions you need to ask include how many transactions you need to make to turn a profit while accounting for churn. Do a rough portrait of the customers who are going to be interested in what you have to offer and also make sure that you take into account their income, gender and age. This will help you to figure out what steps you need to take to come out on top.

Is there Enough Demand?
Even if there is a market for your product, you have to make sure that there is enough demand. Although there may be enough demand right now, is that demand likely to sustain in the future? If you can take into account things like this then you will find it easier to figure out what steps you have to take to capitalize on the current market. If the market is good right now but showing signs of declining then this can be bad news for you, so try and take steps to mitigate this by coming up with a business plan that will serve you well moving forward.

Is there Room?
Next, you need to consider the room in the market. If you know that the market in your local area is crowded then you may want to try and sell CBD products online. If you can do this then you will soon find that it is easier for you to penetrate the market and outdo the competition. If the market is so saturated with key players then you need to take this into account. Even if there is demand, if you're not able to access that demand then this will work against you so try and keep that in mind.

So as you can see, there are several things that you can do to find out if your business idea is viable. If you want to make sure that you don't end up running your business into the ground, taking into account things like this will help you overall. You may even find that you are able to make more money as a result.
