Margarita ETF Portfolio

Scott Burns, creator of the Couch Potato Portfolio, has offered up another ETF portfolio for the average investor to consider. This portfolio, dubbed the Margarita Portfolio, has three easy to understand parts.

"One part total stock index (IYY or ISI), one part international stock index (EFA), and one part inflation-protected Treasury securities (TIP)."
